Our delivery schedule is as following:
Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 2.00pm
Sunday and public holiday: special arrangements can be made. A surcharge will be applied. Please contact us for details.
Deliveries Within The Klang Valley

Same day delivery |
1. Available only from Monday to Saturday. 2. Orders must be made and approved before 12.00 pm. |

Prompt delivery |
1. Delivery will be made within 2 hours after order is placed and approved. 2. A surcharge of RM10.00 will be levied. |

Next day delivery |
Orders made and approved after 12.00 pm will be delivered on the next working day. |
For “peak seasons” such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, please place your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery To The Rest Of Malaysia
Delivery will be made the following working day after you have placed your order.
International Delivery (Outside Malaysia)
We currently provide delivery only to Singapore. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our decision.

Deepest Sympathy Flower Orders
For all Deepest Sympathy Flower Orders, the time and date of the funeral (when the deceased will be taken out for burial) MUST be stated clearly in your order. In any case where the flowers are delivered after the funeral, we are not to be held responsible for refunds or cancellations.
