GIFTLANE.COM.MY is an online “24 hours a day, 365 days a year” one-stop Malaysian online florist. We specialise in floral arrangements of both fresh and artificial flowers, gift baskets, gift boxes, and hampers for all occasions. We also provide hall decoration and flower services for events such as weddings as well as floral arrangement classes.
Do I need to join as a member before buy anything from your website?
Yes, you will need to register as a member to shop in our online store. Registering as a member allows the online store to remember your personal details and your payment information, so you do not have to type in those details every time you place an order. If you are a regular customer, we recommend that you become a member to make it easier for you to place an order.
If you do not wish to become a member, you can always download our order form and fax your order to us.
Do I need to register every time I want to place an order?
No, you only need to register once. If you are a returning shopper, just log in each time you visit us, using your email and password.
Can I update my registered information?
Yes. Log in first and click on the “My Account” link. You can then make the necessary changes.
If I want to register as a member, how can I do so?
Click on the "Sign" link and then the "Create New Account" link. Complete the form provided. You will need to provide us your email address and a password.
We will send you an email titled "New User Account Activation from Giftlane.com.my" within 24 hours from your registration. Click on the activation link provided in the email.
You are now a member and can continue shopping with us.

Can I have more than one item in a Shopping Cart?
Yes, click "Add to Cart" and then ‘Continue Shopping’ to look at the other items in our online store.
When will the flowers/gifts be delivered if I buy before or after 12pm of a particular day?
If you place an order before 12pm, your flowers will be delivered to the designated address on the same day.
However, if you place your order past 12pm in the afternoon, your flower will be delivered the following working day.
Who do I call if my flower is not delivered on time?
You can give us a call at +603 7955 0555/+6013 693 5596 to check the status of your delivery.
Late deliveries are exceptions rather than the norm. For prompt delivery, please make sure that the delivery address is complete and correct every time you place an order.
