Acceptance of terms and conditions
All visitors or purchasers at www.giftlane.com.my agree and are bound by the following terms and conditions.

Online payment gateway is powered by iPay88 and Worldpay. Please note that if you are using iPay88, your payment will be processed by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd. “Mobile88.com” will be shown on your Credit Card/Bank Statement and you also will receive a notification from iPay88 on this transaction.

Halal-only products
Where feasible, we will use certified halal products. We take stringent precautions to provide halal-only food products and packaging environment.

Refund Policy
All refunds will be at the sole discretion of Giftlane. All our products are backed up by an unconditional money-back guarantee or free replacement. As our products are mostly perishable, any customer applying for a refund must do so either in writing to Giftlane or email to info@giftlane.com.my immediately upon receipt of the product. All refund requests will be dealt with on a case to case basis.

Variation or amendment to the terms and conditions.
Giftlane may vary or amend any or all of the terms from time to time as it sees fit. Please ensure that you keep informed and up to date of any changes.

Privacy
Giftlane collects personal information through the use of our services. This includes your registration details and any other information relating to the use or purchases through our website. From time to time we may use your information to better understand the customer’s needs to help improve our service to you. Customer information is not shared with other parties.

Purchases
Giftlane reserves the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. Giftlane reserves the right to replace out of stock items with similar items of value.

Price
Prices are subject to changes without prior notice. Prices of flowers are expected to increase during Valentine’s Day period. Delivery of flowers during this period will be based on the new rate regardless of orders placed before the price change.

Delivery
All purchases made from Giftlane will be subject to the carriers/courier terms and conditions. Where Giftlane stipulates same day delivery service and/or delivery times, this will not apply during peak periods. “Peak periods” will include Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Valentine’s Day and any other period that Giftlane deems to be “peak season”.

Good faith
Giftlane in good faith will make every effort to ensure that the product purchased resembles the product shown on the website. However, we do not guarantee the product description or information is accurate.
